Personal Finance Resources

Personal Capital

Personal Capital

Peter Drucker once said, "You can't manage what you can't measure." Measuring your net worth is one of the best ways to track the progress toward your financial goals. Knowing your net worth makes it easier for you to then manage big financial goals such as paying off debt, increasing your wealth, or even becoming financial independent. Personal capital tracks and updates your net worth automatically for free! Try it out and they'll even give you $20!

You Need A Budget

I love YNAB, and give a ton of credit to this app for helping me and my husband get such a great handle on our finances. With YNAB, we have been able to save over $460,000 in 4.5 years! Click the image below to read the post about how we budget with YNAB, and click the title above to get a free 34-day trial.

Vanguard

Vanguard is the gold standard when it comes to investing. This is what my husband and I use to invest in low-cost index funds.

Credit Karma

Credit Karma is a great tool to help you track your credit score. Your net worth is the best gauge of your financial health, but your credit score is another tool you can use to measure your financial health.

Saving Money Tools

Rakuten Logo

RAKUTEN

When you're going to do online shopping of any kind, Rakuten will help you save extra money. All you have to do is add a little extension to your browser and then anytime you shop online they'll let you know if you can get a percentage back. Click the pink Rakuten link and get $30 after your first purchase.

Amazon

Amazon

Amazon is convenient, has great prices, and if you have Amazon Prime you can get free delivery on most items. For me, avoiding going into physical stores keeps me from impulse buying items. I also like putting things in my cart and leaving them there for a couple of days to see if I still want that item. All of these things make Amazon the main place that I shop. Clicking this link before you shop on Amazon is a great way for you to support this blog at no cost to you.

Business Resources

BlueHost

Whether you have a side hustle, a full-time business, or you're an aspiring blogger, a website is a great tool and asset to have these days. Bluehost is my favorite hosting provider because they have reliable service and affordable plans from as low as $3.95/month. You also receive a free domain when you purchase your hosting.

Fiverr

Fiverr

Fiverr is a life changer! If you have a blog or any type of business for that matter, and you ever run into a problem you either don't know how to solve or don't have time to solve there's probably someone on Fiverr that can do it for you. What I love is that it's $5 to get most simple problems solved. Totally worth it!

TailWind

I was hesitant to dive into Tailwind at first because it was another thing I had to pay for and another thing I had to learn. However, eventually I bit the bullet and made the small investment in Tailwind to help this blog grow on Pinterest and boy has it saved me a lot of time! If you're looking for a way to grow traffic to a website or blog Tailwind is super helpful! Click the logo to the left for a free month of TailWind.

Canva

I love Canva! From designing birthday invitations, to social media posts, to creating flyers for work, to creating presentations for school, this tool is so simple and easy to use. I really love how powerful the free version is. Click the link above to give it a try.
